What is Included in our Oracle EBS Extended Managed Services
Starting January 2022, support is available for all severities of incidents related to customizations, performance issues, data corruption, integrations, standard BI Publisher and Oracle reports output, and product fixes for Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and its underlying technology stack.

Geographical Scope: EBS installations for organizations based in Canada and/or the United States with an English language setup only.

EBS Version: Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 with recent Critical Patch Updates (CPUs) and Release Update Packs (RUPs) applied (within the last 12 months).

Database Requirements: A certified and supported database version compatible with Oracle EBS R12.1.3.

Patching Standards: Recent CPUs or Patch Set Updates (PSUs) for the database. Current CPU and recommended patch levels for all associated Oracle technologies.

Operating System Compatibility: The latest certified and supported version of the organization’s current operating system.

Technology Stack: Includes support for Java Web Start.

Sustaining Support: Aligned with Oracle Corporation's Sustaining Support and Maintenance services.

Health Check Requirement: Services are subject to a health check and remediation of any underlying non-conformities to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.

HR Modules Supported: Core HR, Employee and Manager HR Self-Service, Oracle Time and Labour, Oracle Learning Management, Compensation Workbench, Advanced Benefits and iRecruitment.

Payroll Support: Oracle Payroll is supported for the storage of payroll data used for integration and reporting. Exclusions: The processing of payroll data for payment and legislative purposes is explicitly excluded.

Financial Modules Supported: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Assets (FA), Payments (IBY), Internet Expenses (OIE), Collections (IEX), Tax (ZX), Purchasing, Procurement, and Order Management.

Custom Configurations and Customizations: Support for custom configurations and customizations in the above modules, including Workflow configurations, Approvals Management Engine (AME), Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Associated integrated reporting.
What is excluded?

Oracle Payroll Legislative Patches: Legislative patches and the processing of payroll for employee payments are not included.

Java Compatibility: Support does not cover issues related to Java compatibility with browsers, desktops, operating systems, or third-party integrations and tools.

Third-Party Products: Third-party products not certified for the unsupported version of Oracle EBS are excluded from support.

Security Fixes: Security fixes for databases and operating systems that fall outside the supported versions are not provided.

Oracle Source Code Limitations: Fixes requiring unavailable Oracle source code are not supported. However, Eclipsys will endeavor to provide a suitable workaround where possible.
